GE Capital Licenses Principia


Platform provides comprehensive risk oversight and ongoing surveillance across multiple business lines and integrated hedging services

New York, NY – 14th October, 2008 - Principia Partners, the leading solution provider for the
management and administration of structured finance operations, today announced that GE Capital Corporation (GECC) has acquired a global license for Principia SFP.

Principia SFP delivers operational efficiency, comprehensive risk oversight and ongoing surveillance of selective portfolios managed by GE Capital Treasury. The platform is live and will be integrated with GE Capital Treasury’s existing treasury management systems. As well as monitoring real-time risk exposure and cashflows, Principia SFP automates the flow of portfolio data into the back office.
